HOW TO USE
How to use: Place 1 teaspoons of Pennine Way Buffing Grains into the palm of your hand, or a dish, and add a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil to form a paste. Gently rub over your feet paying particular attention to hard skin areas. Then, using a washcloth gently wash the grains off with warm water and pat dry.
